Shipping policy

The short version

We ship within the US from our fulfilment partners. Most orders arrive in 5-20 after they're on their way. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days. So from the day you order, plan on roughly 20 start to finish. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run a little longer during holidays or busy periods.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't seen a shipping confirmation within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder — and if it's not there, just email us.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (or free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises.

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, email us at lyrsidestore@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can help.

Wrong address or need to make a change?

Caught a typo in your address? Email us at lyrsidestore@gmail.com  as quickly as you can with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it. Once it's on its way we can't change the destination, so a quick heads-up helps.

If your order is late or hasn't arrived

Don't worry — reach out at lyrsidestore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. We've got you.
